Espiride contains Sulpiride, which is an antipsychotic used to treat Psychos and major depression.

It is not known to increase milk production and since it is known to be excreted in the breast milk, which can cause some side effects to the infant, so women using it are generally advised not to breast feed.

Did your doctor prescribe this for you?

The side effects that it can cause to an infant are listed as being Extrapyramidal ones.

This basically means symptoms of being unable to control their movement. It could results in an infant being unable to move, at all or in their moving uncontrollably.

You can learn more on that here:

Is there anything else I can help with?

There are some things that are claimed to help naturally.

The first, of course, is to make sure you are taking in enough fluids, at least 6 to 8, 8 ounce glasses a day. You should also make sure you are eating enough.

Using a breast pump, if you have access to one, can help to stimulate milk production.

Some herbal supplements and vitamins that are claimed to help are: Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, Red Raspberry and Brewers Yeast with B Vitamins.
