Hi, Bob! How is she feeling?

90/60 isn't dangerous, unless it's causing her symptoms, such as feeling really dizzy and drowsy. That's actually a very good blood pressure reading.

Eritel CH contains the active ingredients Telmisartan and Chlorthalidone, it is commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

The Chlorthalidone is a type of diuretic, so she may also be getting slightly dehydrated. How much fluid does she drink each day?

There are more Telmisartan details here and there are more Chlorthalidone details here.

However, before making any change to her medication, you need to check with her doctor.

My doctor told me to take two times the normal dose of Eritel 40. Is it worth it to take this medication 2 times? With the very first dose it drastically reduced my BP.
