Hello, Jagjit! How are you?

Nicip Plus is listed as containing Paracetamol and Nimesulide, it is most commonly used to relived pain and swelling. Its typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

I'm sorry, there is no over the counter equivalent available here.

What is causing your sleep problem, pain or just general insomnia?

Verwon Says:

If your inability to sleep is mostly due to the headaches, there are some products available over the counter that may help, such as Tylenol PM, or Advil PM.

They combine pain relievers with a medication to help you sleep, so you could try one of them, if your doctor approves.

Do you know what's causing the headaches?
