Envas contains the active ingredient Enalapril, it is an ACE inhibitor used to help treat high blood pressure and yes, most blood pressure medications can cause erectile dysfunction, as a side effect.

If you are having a severe problem with it, then you should contact your doctor, as you may require a dosage adjustment or switch to a different medication.
