Did you mean Exforge, which contains Amlodipine and is usually used for high blood pressure?

It really depends on the type of supplement. Some things, such as a multivitamin or other vitamins are mostly safe.

However, you have to be careful using supplements containing Potassium, as some blood pressure medications can cause it to be elevated in your body and too much of it is just as dangerous as not enough.

You also should not use products containing Licorice root or extract, because it can raise blood pressure.
