Duvadilan And Duphaston

This is my 6th week of pregnancy. Is it ok to take both Duvadilan and Duphaston together at this juncture?

I am 30weeks pregnant now. I am experiencing lower back pain and my OB told me that having UTI is the possible cause of often abdominal contractions that radiating to lower back. She also did IE and the result was my cervix is still closed but my vagina has an opening due to the infection and it might be the cause of preterm labor so she advised me to take duphaston and duvadilan for 2 weeks, thrice a day and have a complete bed rest for one week. Is it ok to take a lot of those meds even if I don't experience spotting?
