I have been on Cymgen for 3 months now. First on 60mg in morning and now reduced to 30mg at night. I have started weeing 3-4 times per night although I haven't had anything to drink for hours. I also have a lot of acid. AND Insomnia !! Will it help if I take it in the mornings maybe ? ## Then you will have daytime sleepiness. Get off this drug if you can. It is not the right one for you and the side effects are not good for you. If you are female, no one will have sympathy with you for not sleeping because it will be assumed to be due to menopause. Finally I could fall asleep but wake up four hours later. It too...
