Dormican Side Effects

My dad had eye surgery and afterwards has lost co-ordination and battles to speak and concentrate. Is this a side effect from the Dormican??

Dormicum contains the active ingredient Midazolam, it is a Benzodiazepine class tranquilizer, so yes, it can cause those types of symptoms.
