Doloneurobion Dose Side Effects

What is the dose of Doloneurobion forte, diclofenaco 50 mg. grageas. Is it safe for a lactating mother?

The only information I found was that Diclofenac should not be taken during the third-trimester pregnancy. I would double check with you M.D. regarding breast feeding.
