Does anyone know I took 3 40mg of opana on tuesday. Will it be out of my silva by Saturday?

i go to the methadone clinic n they do swab test n they told me that opiates and benizos leave ur system n three to 5 days but from my experience it takes about 3 days 4 at the most for a spit test. but like i say from my experience n its what the clinic told me.
