Dirty For Cocaine On Drug Test

I go to pain management have for years this last drug test came back dirty for cocaine, I am clean don't touch the stuff only what I'm perscribed. They kicked me out my letter! I am having a back surgery in a month and they are supposed to give me my post op meds. what do I do now! I'm clean didn't touch it! Help me
