It works well for me unless my Crohn's disease is in an active state.

I believe that this was in the shape of a caramel shape square chunk, that I chewed. I believe it was removed from the market but I am looking for what was in it to try to replace it as it was the only med that has ever helped with my problem. It might have been chocolate flavored but was definitely dark chocolate colored. ## Hello, Maple! How are you? This medication is still available, under the brand name Lomotil and as a generic, but it does require a prescription from your doctor and is no longer available as a chew, from what I understand. Guys, I need some info regarding Dhamotil. It's a green coloured tablet taken for diarrhoea. I had diarrhoea few days ago and I took 2 tabs of Dhamotil. The diarrhoea.is gone but I'm having constipation for the past 3 days. So, when will the constipation get better?

How often can I take this med. an be safe? ## All medications carry some risk, even over the counter items and even if you aren't using them long-term. The pill is really small, white, round and on one side says P on the top part and 771 on the bottom part. ## Yes, it says P on top and 771 on the bottom. The back is bare and says nothing. It has a diameter of about 16/64ths (6.350[mm]). I heard it was some sort of opioid, and helped to prevent diareah. ## Yes, it is called Diphenoxylate HCl atropine sulfate [1]. It is used in the treating of diareah. I was told it had opiates in it, and there seems to be side effects of opiates and dependency warnings as well as Opiate rehabilitation advertisements when you pull the page up. I hope this helped. tiny white pills ## i do not know what it was prescribed for that is the information i want ## Lonox was prescribed for me for the treatment of diarrhea. I don't know the other reasons it my be prescribed, but I also get it in the name of Diphenoxylate.

very tiny white round pill, E 24 on one side and nothing on the other side ## This is generic diphenoxylate 2.5mg/atropine sulfate .025mg. It is generic for Lenox (Lomotil, I believe is another name brand). The medication is used for diarrhea, chronic colitis. Be careful not to get too dehydrated, possible blurred vision, fainting, marked drowsiness. Do not drink with this medication.
