I am a 63 year old man. My doctor prescribed me unicontine 400 and the chemist had given me unicontine E 400. Is there any difference between the above medicine?

No, they are the same. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and cough.

Have you started taking them, yet? Has there been any change?
