Diane 35 / 4 Days Delayed :(

Hi,
I'm taking diane35 with metformin for my PCOS. This is my 3rd month that i'm using it. The first and second po was okay, nagkaroon ako ng menstruation. But i'm quiet worried this month kase 4 days na po ko delayed after i finished the pack. :( is it normal? What should i do? Kailangan ko na po ba bumalik sa OB ko? Eventho after 6 months pa dapat ang appointment ko sa kanya? Or do i need to wait till 7th day and pag di pa din dumating period ko i'll take another pack? Please help naman po. :( thank you so much!!
