I was diabetic 2 and in the beginning prescribed Glipermide and Metformin but later it was suggested Metformin is not suitable if Uric acid is 1.5 or more, I had to stop it and was taking Glyciphage G1 but did not control sugar. I was suggested to take Insulin (First Insulatard and then Novomix 30) and Trajenta 5. This helped in controlling sugar to some extent. But some times I had spurt of FBS and RBS. PlS suggest any recent medicine for Diab 2

Does novamix 30 works better with metmorfin or with glimpride since I discussed with people they shared it works better results
