What is a white oval scored pill that is blank on one side & on the scored side has R 1? ## This tablet is manufactured by Edwards Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a Rymed tablet, which is used to treat allergies and nasal congestion, it contains 2mgs of Dexchlorpheniramine and 10mgs of Phenylphrine. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, nervousness, dry mouth, and insomnia.
