is it still being manufactured? it is no longer sold in the Arab world....many pharmacist claimed that it has been banned because of serious side effect...is it true? can I by it by mail through internet?

Hello. I have a permanent rhino problem and unfortunately the Dexa-Rhinaspray N is the only drug that works on me. I do not have problems with hypertension, so i`m able to use it. Try to eat no fatty foods. This is the only reason which effects and causes problems. Could you tell me how i could find it in the online market? I need it. Or else i can not breath. The different way is to do a surgery but unfortunately i`m not able to do it because is forbidden to me. If anyone is able to help,please do not hesitate to give a hand.

re: apostos grigoriadis.........dexa-rhinaspray n is good for short term use.....if you use it for a long time....it actually stops helping and makes the original problem worse over time.........when it was taken off the market in corfu, my doc gave me singulair in pill form....my constantly blocked nose had relief within the first 30 minutes.....have been using it ever since..........once a day in the morning.......absolutely wonderful..........hope this helps you as well !!

It was temporarily withdrawn for about a month early this year due to an EU directive concerning one of the preservative ingredients. It is now back on sale in Cyprus and Greece with an alternative ingredient. For me, it's the best decongestant spray out there and I have never noticed any side effects.

It's no longer sold in Greece, and the manufacturer informed us that their is no news for dexa-rhina spray until august 2017. All adrenergic drugs can produce hypertension, not only tramazoline, same as pseudoephedrine...
