I'm facing a premature ejaculation problem. I'm married since 3 years, I have one baby also. I discharge early during intercourse. What will u suggest? Can Gonadil F cure my problem?

i am having hypogonadotropic hypogonadism problem.
Low testosterone and low Libido,
also low sperm count.
i am on weekly two injection of HCG. Going well. .
full erection and slowly going up.
take HCG if you want to have kids,
if not Try TRT therapy..

I used gonadil but after 15 minutes body is shivering and also stomach is painful that's why I haven't use gonadil.

Abay bhai, thoda exercise karo daily or 3 times a week, have dry fruits and use Gonadil F for at least 2 months

Have a surgery if the tube in your testical is damage repair it and if block and unblock it so the sperm can travel from testicals Go for IVF
