There is a pill floating around with the same markings are the light blue M 30 pills. it is darker in color though. a dark blue, like the ones with the V on them, but it has some specs in it. i'm not sure what is in them. a friend of mine was about to break one up and insufflate it and when she busted it, it had white in the middle. she said it burned her nose really bad and made her throat numb like when you do coke or something. anybody have ANY idea wtf these things are? are they pharmaceutical? or off the streets?

Their legitimacy probably depends on whether your friend is getting them from a licensed pharmacy or off the street. I don't believe you'd find such discrepancies in color when you go to a real pharmacy that requires a prescription. And if they don't provide the same effect she is used to getting from the lighter colored version, my guess is that it's more than likely a counterfeit. I could be wrong, but usually when someone mentions that a pill is "floating around", it's generally not referring to something you'd get at your local Walgreens or CVS - otherwise it would be more common.

Quality counterfeits are also becoming a lot more prevalent these days and in my opinion, unless you were there with them when they received the pills in the container it came in with an actual Rx label and Dr's signature for verification, you're pretty much gambling on the odds of it being fake.

As to the identity of the real ones, M (in a box) on one side and 30 (over a score line) on the other contains 30mgs of Oxycodone hydrochloride; NOT Morphine. Just wanted to clear that up.

Hope this helps!

I also had some of these, and I found out very quickly it was stronger than oxy... how you might ask, I popped on a drug panel for fentanyl and xanax which I didn't take. I had only taken oxy and klonopin because that's what I was prescribed. So when I got some m30s I thought I was just getting some more of what I was supposed to have. So be very careful with those because they had me stunned after two, when I usually have 4-5 of the real deal.

How can you tell if these pills are good? I've heard that people are getting bad ones. My friend paid a lot of money for his prescription and doesn't want to get rid of it and I'm trying to tell him that it looks suspect, and it could be extremely harmful to him, but he won't listen. Are there any signs to look for to distinguish the good brands? Please help!
