Hello Harley,

DBX-13 is reportedly an organic supplement used to help diabetes and obesity. The manufacturer claims that the supplement contains the following ingredients.

- Vitamin C
- Biotin
- Chromium Aspartate
- Garcinia Cambogia
- Cinnamon
- Bitter Melon
- Betaine HCL
- Banaba
- Gynema Sylvestre
- Fenugreek
- Vanadium

This supplement is not FDA approved and because of this most pharmacies and drug stores will not carry this supplement as it does not have a strong study showing it's effectiveness. Unfortunately I was unable to find any location or website that sells this supplement.
