Hi, Narendra!
For short term use, you can take this high of a dosage of Vitamin D. It is so important to our overall health that these types of doses are often given to people that are severely deficient in it.
However, you couldn't keep taking this for a long period of time, because you would eventually build up too much of it in your body, which could also be dangerous.
Did your doctor tell you to take this?
