I have been on different anti-depressants for years. About four years ago I was put on Cymbalta 30mg, raised up to 90mg, then lowered back down to 30mg. The problem I am having started about three years ago and I have yet to find one doctor that knows anything about it. I have full body tremors, not just my hands. It is like my entire body jerks and jumps and I expel a whoosh of air when it happens. Sometimes they get so bad that they seem close to a seizure. I have had a bunch of evaluations. My neurologist says it is mental, psychiatrist says physical. I have simply been in tears. Has anyone else had anything like this and what did the doctors tell you about it? ## Trembling or shaking of the hands and feet are listed as possible side effects by the FDA, as well as full body tremors, ...

I am on cymbalta 60mg at night and 30mg in the morning along with 200mg of gabapentin 3x a day for fybromayalgia and mild depression. I was given adderall 30mgs and I took a few of them. I felt focused but had started to sweat excessively for a couple of hours and my pupils are dilated. I looked up the symptoms and it linked me to serotonin syndrome. Being freaked out I didn't take my gabapentin or cymbalta yet today. My question is...if I took 60mg of adderall this morning, should I take the other two scripts (cymbalta and gabapentin) today or skip them and wait 24 hrs for the adderall to leave my system? Do I need medical attention or am I being paranoid? My muscles are cramping up in my back and hands so I'm not sure if this is caused from skipping my meds for fibromyalgia or...

Has anyone ever experienced blacking out or injuring yourself while on or during withdrawals on Cymbalta? Mostly head injuries, because of blacking out and hitting their head on things. If so, do you know what triggered it? ## A sudden withdrawal from Cymbalta can create a risk of seizures, which could be causing such problems. Other withdrawal effects can include nausea, rebound depression, and rebound anxiety. While taking it, it is very well known to cause dizziness, as a side effect, and rarely seizures, gait disturbances, and syncope (fainting). So yes, it is entirely possible to experience these types of problems while taking it. Has the person's doctor been informed?

I'm in a hospital paralyzed from my T-6 down becuz of an abscess which was MRSA on that vertebrae in my spine! Well my Dr came in this morning and told me he's not going to give me anymore narcotic pain meds! He claims I'm testing positive for meth! My question is, cymbalta's the ONLY new drug I'm taking. I need meds for restless legs and fibromyalgia!!! I take 60mg of Cymbalta 1x a day and Lortab 7.50/300mg every 4hrs... I also take Baclofen 10mg for a neck injury when it gets bad but not every day. Nothing helps with the restless legs. I gained 68 lbs while on Abilify. Now four years later my weight is still 30 lbs over my normal. I still have some depression and very severe anxiety so my doc wants me to try cymbalta 20mg once a day. I would rather be depressed than severely overweight. I have just moved and have nobody I know nearby. Please let know of any good and caring doctors you may know of. I am currently on Cymbalta, Attivan, y low dose of Methadone and have morphine for breakthrough pain. This is working for me and I would like to continue but, don't know how to find a doctor. I have been taking 60 mg. of duloxetine once a day, in the evening for depression and diabetic neuropathy mainly. I have been taking it for almost 6 weeks with little results yet, but side effects that are very irritating. The main one is moderate/severe nausea sometimes several hours a day, sometimes a couple days a week; cold chills; mouth sores that sort of heal up and then get worse again. Other places I have read that the side effects go away in 1-2 weeks. Mine have not. Should I keep trying and see what happens? I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the prescription drug databases that I've checked and with such an obscure imprint, I'm suspicious that it's just something that's available over the counter. Does anyone else recognize this capsule? Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location could help to narrow it down. Just prescribed Cymbalta again. Mine just expired 02-2016. Is it still safe for me to take it? It's not opened and it was stored in a dark dry cupboard. ## Hello, Janet! How are you? Have just found out my doc put me on cymbalta and i'll be going back to my home country where this drug is not available. I will go see my doc later this week but was wondering if I could stop taking it until then? Don't wanna get too much in the system. ## There shouldn't be any problem stopping it that fast, you haven't been on it for that long. Do you know what's available to you? I am looking for someone who has been on this medication for a while. I've been taking Cymbalta for 9 months. I'm experienciencing muscle pain in my arms a lot of sweating. Is this normal? Please advise. Thank You. ## Sweating can be a side effect of .Cymbalta. Try going down from 60 mg to 30 . I have been on 30mg of the generic brand of Cymbalta, duloxetine for just about a year. I realized 10 days ago I was going to need a refill. I failed to realize that my next refill needed the doc's approval. I have yet to receive a response, as has the pharmacy. Long story short, this is day 6 of Cymbalta withdrawal hell. Does cymbalta show up dirty on a urine drug test? I am in a methadone clinic. ## We are going threw the same thing right now.... husband is on methadone and has been clean for 11 yrs and has been pissing dirty for the last month and a half and the methadone dr cant understand what is happening. I go to a doctor for suboxone. I took a drug test for my doctor and he said my test came up positive for Methadone and barbiturates. I take Cymbalta from a phsyc. doctor but no other medications. What could have caused these results? Also....I am on parole...I def do not need to have these FALSE RESULTS with them!!! ## I've since returned to my doc he sent off my results for further review..... First day I took 30 mg and I had a headache, disorientation, very high pulse rate felt like my heart would beat out of my chest. ## Did you mean you are taking it and you are also diabetic? Can you please post back and clarify? Cymbalta is an antidepressant that is also used to treat anxiety, and nervous disorders.
