You found a rather old pill, this company has now been purchased by Pliva Pharmaceuticals, and as you can see from the image I am posting, the newer pills are marked Pliva 563, but still the same med, they are just phasing out the old markings. Pill Image This pill is Cyclobenzaprine 10mgs, since they are retaining the manufacturing rights to these meds, Pliva figured it was easier to keep the ones with the same numbers the same active ingredient, rather than switch them all around. This is a generic for the muscle relaxant Flexeril.
