Coversyl Plus 4 Mg & Aspirin

Is it safe to take occassional Aspirin if on Coversyl Plus for HBP 4mg and also on 100 mg Rilutek daily for ALS?

Coversyl Plus contains the active ingredient Perindopril and it shouldn't be used with Aspirin, because the Aspirin can attenuate the vasodilator and hpotensive effects of the Perindopril and could result in your blood pressure dropping to dangerously low levels.

PLS TELL ME IF I CAN USE BABY ASPIRIN WITH APO BISOPROLOL,COVERSYL 4MG AND ATORVASTATIN 40MG. I HAVE BEEN OPEN HEART SURGERY IN 2008 FEB. AFTER TWO MONTHS PROSTATE OPERATION AND AFTER ONE YEAR BLADDER OPERATION. NOW I FEEL HEART BURNING LIKE GAS SOMETIMES I TAKE TUMS. NOW MY PROBLEM IS I HAVE TERRIBLE LOW BACK PAIN I WALK EVERY DAY BUT I GET TIRED AND I HAVE STOMACH BURNING WHAT SHALL I DO I AM 84 AND EVERYDAY EXCERSING.
