Continued Use Of Krimson 35 For 42 Days

My doctor asked me to take Krimson 35 for mild PCOS. But I forgot to stop after finishing 1 strip. I realized this after 7 days of starting the next strip, when I asked my doctor what do I do? she said complete the second strip. Now I have 3 more tablets to go in the second strip and I see some brown spotting. there is no bleeding, just spotting. Is there something I should be prepared with? is it bad?

I have heard a lot about being careless and hopeless and all. Please reply only if you think you have an answer or if you can help in some way.

That can be a normal side effect with any such hormonal medication, this one is actually a contraceptive, that can help balance hormones to treat irregular menstruation, and PCOD, usually you should stop taking it for a week, before continuing on to the next strip, according to NIH reports. You may also experience nausea, headache, dizziness, weight changes, and mood changes. Brown spotting is usually just old blood that was not expelled during your last cycle.

If your doctor sees no reason to worry, then you should be fine, but don't be afraid to ask them more questions, if you aren't sure.

Right now I'm in same situation I have 5 more pills left form my second strip. Doctor asked to finish the whole strip and then I'll be getting my period after 5-10days. And she asked to take 3rd strip on my 5th day of periods. I'm so scared! ;(
