HI, Georges!

You should take whichever one that your doctor has advised you to take, since there are various factors that may affect which one is appropriate for you, such as blood pressure levels, heart health, other medications you may be taking and etc.

Concor contains the active ingredient Bisoprolol, which is a beta blocker and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.

Learn more Concor details here.

And Lopressor contains the active ingredient Metoprolol, it's also a beta blocker, so the side effects can be very similar.

Learn more Lopressor details here.

And the only way to know whether or not one will work for you, without causing any problems is to try it and see. There's no way to really predict that for anyone.

Are there any other questions or concerns?

I am taking concor2.5, just started about 2 weeks ago, for palpitations. How long does it take for it to take effect? I feel very off in my head, and dizzy at times. Will this go away after a while? I still have the palpitations especially when I lay down, but they are better..are these all normal symptoms?

Is Atecard 25 is similar to Concor Cor 2.5. The doctor has advised to take Concor Cor 2.5 alongwith Amlovas 2.5. Now my BP is 130/80. May I take this medicine from tomorrow . Before this I have been taking the medicine Atecard 25 and Amlovas 2.5 since 2002. Now my BP is 130/80.
