Generally with multivitamin supplements, side effects are a non-issue if taken as indicated on the label. From my own personal experience, if you take tad bit too much of a specific vitamin, you may feel slight temporary nausea; but I can't imagine anything more than that, although everyone is different.

Each COMPLETE-TD tablet contains the following ingredients: vitamin A 5000 IU, vitamin E 25 IU, vitamin D3 200 IU, vitamin B1 10 mg, vitamin B2 10 mg, vitamin B6 3 mg, vitamin B12 5 mcg, biotin 30 mcg, niacinamide 50 mg, folic acid 1 mg, calcium pantothenate 12.5 mg, manganese 1.4 mg, copper 2.5 mg, chromium 65 mcg, zinc 15 mg, iron 33.3 mg, selenium 60 mcg, calcium 162 mg.

I hope this info helps!
