What is the common name for Biso Fum/Hct 5-6.25 mg.? Is this 2 drugs as a nurse indicated?

The name brand for it is Ziac and yes, it's a combination of two active medications, Bisoprolol and Hydrochlorothiazide. It's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
