Combination Of Coversyl Plus, Concor 5, Diazepam And Melithion

I am on COVERSYL plus, CONCOR 5 and diazepam. I have been prescribed MELITRACEN for anxiety on diazepam withdrawal. Is the combination safe. COVERSYL plus is perindopril and indapamide and CONCOR is
Bisoprolol. Both are anti hypertensives. MELITRACEN contains FLUPENTHIXOL and MELITRACEN. Is this combination safe.
