cogentin abuse

I have unbearable anxiety and cogentin 2mg helps for a few hours but not the whole day. It was prescribed because I take Haldol. It gets me stoned when I take it and I feel guilty but I prefer that to gut-wrenching anxiety. Do the side effects go with time or am I going to feel stoned for as long as I take cogentin? ## Hello, Alex! How are you? Side effects typically go away with time, once your body gets used to a medication, though they may recur, if your dosage is raised at any point. The FDA lists other typical side effects as possibly including blurred vision, constipation, headache and impaired memory. Is there anything else I can help with?
