Found it in my son's pocket. He's 21 and I'm wanting to know if it's something illicit? Is he abusing drugs? ## Hi Ian, this appears to be a drug from Australia called Alepam (active ingredient Oxazepam), used in the treatment of anxiety. It is classified as a benzodiazepine. From healthdirect.gov.au: "8 mm pale orange flat bevelled edged tablet marked OM/30 on one side, G on reverse" [1]. I hope this helps!

Recently had a one month binge with cocaine. Stopped April 4th, test due next week, April 17th. Will I pass if asked to submit urine sample?? And, are over the counter drug testing kits results equal to tests used in pain management clinics?? What if I tell them I can't urinate?? Is it possible to test positive for Cocaine but negative for Benzoylecgonine on the same Hair Test? On the first test, Cocaine was positive, but Benzoylecgonine was negative. It did not indicate the quantitation levels, but the cutoff for the the initial test level and the MS confirm test level was 300 pg/mg. On the second test, the Screen cutoff was 500 pg/mg. Confirm cutoff was 50 pg/mg for Benzoylecgonine and 100 pg/mg for Cocaine. Quantitation for Benzoylecgonine was 99 pg/mg and showed positive. Quantitation for Cocaine was 821 pg/mg and showed positive. If the Benzoylecgonine level is below the cutoff, how is the Cocaine level higher? I went for a pre hire drug test at labcorp and came up positive for cocaine.... ain't no way... I never have touched that stuff but I take amoxicillin n orgel on a daily basis for tooth pain. I did not tell the drug testing center I was taking those meds cuz they didn't ask. Well labcorp called me back n I spoke with the doctor n still at that time didn't say anything cuz I was baffled a small trace of cocaine she said showed up. You might want to look over any paperwork you've send to consent to treatment, or any agreements you may have signed when you became his patient. Many doctors, especially those in pain management, make it a required part of agreeing to take you on as a patient. Other doctors do it, as well if they feel they may have reasons to be suspicious of certain behaviors. How did they obtain a sample for a drug test, without your consent? I really need help with this and have no one to turn to. I'm absolutely CRUSHED, I failed a hair follicle test for cocaine 2100pg and have only tried this once in my entire life. I am on prescription meds for anxiety and ADD for past 12 years but do not use street/illegal drugs. The only exception to this is marijuana which i did used to have at bedtime to sleep.
