I have pulled the sciatic nerve in my back and am not sleeping due to back and leg pain. I need a relaxant. What can I take? I'm taking co-codamol 30/500 but it's not doing a lot. I'm so tired.

Co-Codamol contains Acetaminophen, and Codeine, it is a narcotic pain reliever. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, drowsiness, and constipation.

Niki, are there any other markings on the tablet in question?

Chris, what has your doctor advised you to take?
