This is a non-U.S. brand name for Diclofenac Sodium, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.

I picked up in mexico clonafex, which people we know take for gout, clears it up right away. My brother has gout and also very bad arthritis in his fingers, the ends are like balls. If he takes this would this help him, and what are the side effects?
