If there are no markings on it, it is most likely an over the counter product of some type, which may make it hard to narrow down an identity.
Manufactured prescription products are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification.
Where did you find it?

Its probably Niacin. If you're around someone who's trying not to get caught with cannabis in their system, they might be taking it.
