Hi Asha,

You could take Vit A chewable supplements as well as Vitamin E Supplements. This will help speed up your recovery of the burnt region. Drink plenty of water. Also, when at home alone wear loose clothing that gives the burnt region sufficient breeze and make you feel more comfortable.

Throat infections can be cured by Clavam, but Azithromycin (azithral 500) is more useful for pharyngitis & upper respiratory infections, taken twice daily before meals for 5 days. Of course if you have lower resoiratory infections like bronchitis, Clavam is a better option.
