my friend 48 yrs age had left side paralysis 8 months ago , now walking lameness and left hand still not working . Dr now prescribed tab Citicoline Sodium with Paracetam . Will it be helpful and how it work

Paracetam is NOT known to be marketed in the USA. However Paracetamol is known to be an ingredient of Paracetam in some countries. Paracetamol is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It is commonly used for the relief of headaches, other minor aches and pains, and is a major ingredient in numerous cold and flu remedies.
