I have been suffering from indigestion (diahorrea and constipation) from past 1 year..I don't have pain in stomach...I just need to go to toilet 3-4 times in day(loose stool)..(i never feel that my bowel is emptied..)or just 1 time(slightly hard stool)...and I have lost 10 kgs of weight during 1 year period..doctors say i have ibs..but people say IBS sufferers don't lose weight..but then why am i losing weight..I had endoscopy and colonoscopy done.. in colonoscopy two polyps were found but those were hyper plastic polyp..so the doctor ruled out the colon cancer..I have consulted several doctors..none of their medicines actually worked for me...now I m seeing a new doctor..he prescribed me ibscim(cimetropium bromide) 50 mg 2 times a day...tryptomer(amitrptyline hydrochloride) 25 mg 2 times a day..imodium(loperamide hydrochloride) 2times a day...I don't know what should I do...I have seen side effects of these ibscim and tryptomer are substantial...please suggest me..should I take them...?

I have ibs problem. I take ibscim tablet. But some days this medicine out of market. Which alternative medicine I take? Apart from this I have severe migraine. Can I take tryptomer and sibelium together and how many months I should take.
