Pill in blister pak showing imprint of apo 018) pill is white and round. One side has no markings at all. Blister pak states manufactured for Apotex in Canada, but Apotex per phone conversation has no such pill in white and round. The pill is a round tablet blank on one sidewith a marking of APO across the top half and 018 directly under the APO. Can any one help me? Round White pill with SL 550 printed in black on one side. It appears to be coated. ## This is 300mgs Cimetidine, a generic for Tagamet, used to treat gastro-intestinal problems such as heartburn and GERD. Side effects can include dizziness, nausea and headache.
