On the "Daily Use Dosage" how soon will it work once I start taking it? I started taking the daily dosage today in preparation for a romantic vacation with my wife which starts tomorrow for 1 week. Should I expect to see results within 24 hours after just starting this small of a 'Daily Use Dosage' today or not?

You will, indeed, notice results within 24 hours, but the cumulative effect after several days is noticeable.

Bob is right. Cardio exercise will insure long term results. These two brought me back to normal. Also, lost 25 lbs in process.

Generally, there can be some initial affect within 30 minutes to an hour, though that does not apply to everyone. As has already been stated, it will take awhile to become fully effective in your body.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stuffy nose, and priapism.
