white oblong,no dividing mark patient had some type of cancer ## Hmmm, was not able to find anything stating that L450 was relating to cancer treatment or alleviation. The closest match was a drug containing Chlorpheniramine + Pseudoephedrine, which is a combination of an antihistamine and a decongestant used to treat the symptoms of allergy and colds. I believe the brand name is Pseudoephedrine Plus. Does this sound familiar at all?

SMALL WHITE PILL NO MARKING ROUND, ALLERGIES ## Which is the name of Clorotrimetron or Chlorphenemine in USA, or may be an equivalent? ## Chlorpheniramine is available in the U.S. in many products sold over the counter, including many store brands and generics. You just need to read the packaging to check the ingredients.

I do not remember what this script is for. could not find any info online ## I think what you have is a combination of Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, and Pyrilamine. This medicine is used as an antihistamine / decongestant. Does that sound familiar at all? ## Thanks, I contacted a pharmacist who told me one of the medications in this pill had been recalled. I have since flushed them. Thanks again
