Cheap Tramadol From India

I have ordered twice from a site that sells tramadol or Ultram the brand name and it was very cheap less than $2.00 for a blister pack of ten. It was mailed from India and manufactured also in india this was some sort of non prescription web site but unfortunatly I lost the web address. I am prescribed this medicine from my doctor but it is cheaper to buy it this way and was hoping someone could lead me in the right direction on where to even search for this place I have spent hours searching for this site again and am in need of help. Can anyone tell me what a red film coated round large pill scored on one side with no other markings from India might be? I ordered hydrocodone/acetametaphine 10-325mg and got these pills with hand written note on the package "tramadol 200mg loose red" and when I called the company they're trying to tell me it is what I ordered and they just wrote tramadol on it and took it out of the blister pack to get it through customs. Have I been ripped off? I took one and felt a little woosey but still not sure what it is.
