Cefuroxime and Ciprofloxacin antibiotics - Are they the same drugs? Do they have the same ingredients?

No, they are not the same, the active ingredients are exactly what you listed, though both are antibiotics.

The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
