Can Zantac 300 Mg Cause A False Positive For Methamphetamine?

I'm on a lot of meds: zantac 300 mg + Xanax 1 mg + morphine 15 mg + norcos 10mg + rendering 45mg + wellbutrin 60mg + click 150 mg + seroquel 400mg + ditropan 15 mg + flexeril 5 mg and an inhaler. Will I test positive for methamphetamine on a urine test?

I'm not sure about Zantac but I know Wellbutrin can.

Zantac is well known as causing false positive. Google ranitidine false positive
