Hello, David! How are you?

No, they should not have any effect on fertility.

However, both are listed by the FDA as having the potential to be addictive, so before becoming pregnant, she should consult her doctor as she may need to stop the Klonopin and will need to be monitored on the Subutex.

The FDA lists other side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and constipation.

If her ovulation test is negative, then she isn't ovulating and should also consult her doctor about that.

Is there anything else I can help with?
