The doctor prescribed astymin for my one year old baby, after taking augmentin. I'd just like to know if it's safe for her to take it at this age?

It is always best to follow the doctor's instructions. This is just a supplement that is used to treat, or prevent deficiencies in the vital nutrients it contains.

The NIH does warn that it may cause nausea due to its potency, and fecal discoloration.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Thank you so much for that answer,I feel a bit relieved but is there no supplement for her age that one can feel more comfortable with. I'll be glad if u can suggest one. Thank you in anticipation.
