Can I Take Gynaecosid While Breastfeeding

I am 37 years of age and a mother of 3. I just gave birth 5 months ago. 3 months after delivery, I had intercourse with my husband and I took postinor-2 after intercourse. Then a few days later I saw my menses. The next month, I had intercourse again and I took postinor-2 a second time, and I still saw my menses. However, on the 15th of june, it just came 1 day and ended, and since then I have not seen my menses. I went for family planning in the local clinic where I reside and was told to try the implano only when my menses starts. I was given a tablet that has the days of the week on each tablet case to take 2 for 4 days at night. Before I took the drug, I went for a pregnancy evaluation and was told it's negative. The first and second day I took the tablet, I had intercourse. Today is the 6th day and my menses has not started. Is it possible that I am pregnant? What is the side effect of breastfeeding when pregnant and can I take gynaecosid now that I am breastfeeding if I am actually pregnant?

My baby is 6 months old and I am still breastfeeding. Is it safe for me to take gynaecoside if I suspect I am pregnant? Please, your swift response will be appreciated.
