Can I Get Tramadol Out Of My System In 2 Days?

I took 200mg Tramadol Around 4 pm on Monday, & i know it takes 2-4 days for it to be out of your urine but do you think i will be able to be clear Thursday afternoon? Especially if i Drink lots of water and work out like crazy to guarantee it. and if not will i be able to drink enough water to dilute my pee to pass this drug test. You are right about the 2-4 day detection period for a urine test, and from what I could gather, Tramadol is excreted in the urine; so I do believe drinking plenty of water and exercising regularly will help it leave your system at a much quicker rate. Especially since you only took one 200mg tablet, I have no doubt that you'd be clean after 2 days.

I took a 50mg of tramadol and 50mg of dimenhydrinate how do I get them out of my system quickly, I took them around 12:42 today Tuesday 11th 2016

I was in a drug program when i was younger and I got tested every week and a half and sometimes 5 days prior to my last. They were random. So what i did was i bought niacin from the store and made sure it said on the bottle that "flushing may occur", bought some of those bad boys and took around 1000mg. I got red and hot and itchy and my body's heart rate rose, so at this point I drink a s*** ton of water. I tried to kill an entire gallon within 3 days prior but if you took the niacin daily and exercised with it, you should be clean in 3-5 days tops of taking the niacin. I know i got away with having marijuana doing it that way, but remember to stay clean while doing the flushing.
