I take felodipine 2.5 mg in the morning, but my blood pressure rises at night. Can I take another tablet at night?

it should be taken according to your doctor's instructions. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

What time of night does it raise? What types of foods do you eat? Is it after activity? Are you on any other medications? How high have the readings been?
