Fluimucil Availability

While in Europe I got a chest cold and the pharmacy gave my husband Fluimucil 200. It worked great. Can I buy it in the USA?

Fluimucil is listed as containing the active ingredient Acetylcysteine, the only thing it really does or a cold is help loosen the mucous.

In the U.S., it is available, in small amounts, as an over the counter supplement.
