I use AndroGel 1.62 40.5 mg (2 pumps per day). Because of the alcohol base, im wondering if using it can cause a false positive test for alcohol consumption in urine, blood, and Breathalyzer tests.

Ummm not a chance buddy. Its like using hand sanitizer. Not even close to coming up on a breathalyzer test
